Garden Bed Design & Installation
A well-designed garden bed is the difference between a yard that looks finished and a yard that looks furnished. We design beds that flower in waves, layer in height, and reward you a little more every year.

Lisa's Approach
Why Lisa designs this way.
Garden beds fail when they're shopped instead of designed. Six gallon-pots of whatever was on sale, dropped in a line, mulched, done. We start with the bones: a shape that flatters the architecture, a backbone of evergreen structure, then layers of color that come and go through the season. The bed should look intentional in February and exuberant in May.
Plant Pairings
Florida-Friendly Plant Pairings Lisa Returns To
Firebush
Native, hummingbird magnet, blooms heat-on through October.
Blanket Flower
Tough, cheerful, holds color when nothing else will.
Coontie
Sculptural, drought-proof, the quiet workhorse.
Muhly Grass
October pink, year-round texture, deer leave it alone.
Beautyberry
Native, purple berries in fall, birds approve.
Salvia 'Mystic Spires'
