Nocatee landscape design

Northeast Florida

Lisa knows Nocatee.

Nocatee homes arrive with a builder package and a perfectly forgettable landscape. Three shrubs by the door, sod to the property line, no character. We design what was missing.

These properties have great architecture and blank yards. That's a gift to the designer. We use the clean lines of newer construction as a frame and layer in real plant palettes: structural natives, a serious bed line, a single tree placed for the long game, and color where the front walk meets the driveway.

Serving 32081 and the Town Center, Splash Water Park, the K-12 corridor area.

Plant Palette

What thrives here.

Crape Myrtle 'Natchez'

Sculptural bark, white summer bloom, scales to a two-story.

Sunshine Ligustrum

Gold tone, sun-tolerant, structures a foundation bed quickly.

Firebush (native)

Hummingbirds, heat-on through October, Florida-friendly.

Dwarf Yaupon Holly

A quiet low hedge that doesn't take over.

Coontie (native)

Sculptural, drought-proof, looks like a designer chose it.
